Requirement:


  • Leading the Administrative Team
  • Manage Office Administrative Operations
  • Manage Office Document, Data & Equipment
  • Secretarial & Administrative Support to Office Bearers
  • Coordinate meetings, AGM, EOGM and Events
  • Submit regular management reports to Executive Committee
  • Participate in the various Working Committees
  • To liaise with Government Agencies & Other Authorities
  • Take up any other additional duties and responsibilities assign by the Association Executive Committee or Management

Requirement:


  • In-charge of the CaseTrust Scheme
  • Handling of enquiries and complaints from the public pertaining to automotive disputes
  • Providing information to complainants and relevant institutions, on resolution processes, including mediation Adjudication, where Applicable
  • To assist Members in CaseTrust Application
